Registration and refunds
Registration for NMACI 2027 is binding. Registration fees are non-refundable if a registered athlete is unable or chooses not to participate.
Changes to selected events may be made until the registration deadline. If additional events are added, the applicable additional registration fee must be paid. Removing events does not entitle the athlete to a refund of the registration fee.
Additional purchases
Meals and merchandise are optional purchases and are separate from the registration fee.
Orders for meals and merchandise may be changed or cancelled for a full refund until 19 January 2027. After this date, orders are final and non-refundable.
Personal data
The personal data provided in this registration will be processed for the purpose of administering and organising NMACI 2027. This includes managing registrations, age groups, events, payments, communication with participants, competition administration and other activities necessary for the organisation and delivery of the championships.
Relevant participant information may be transferred to competition administration systems and service providers used in connection with NMACI 2027.
Names, nationality, age group, entered events and other relevant competition information may be published in participant lists, start lists and results in connection with the championships.
Personal data will only be processed and retained for as long as necessary for the administration of the championships, fulfilment of legal obligations and legitimate documentation of the event.

By completing the registration, you confirm that the information provided is correct, that you accept the NMACI 2027 Terms and Conditions, and that you have read the information regarding the processing of personal data.
